About Site Wide

Established in 2014, Site Wide is a NASCLA Certified, State of Georgia Licensed General Contractor with the primary focus of representing the Owners of Construction Projects.  Through representation, the objective is to provide each Owner with solutions that provide maximum fiscal value through unique opportunities that ultimately achieve projects of the highest quality.  

David Cooke is the founder and managing director of Site Wide.  As a corporate employed professional, David has over nineteen years of on-site Construction Management experience at Industrial Power Generation Projects with other experience in Commercial and Highway Projects.  As an entrepreneur, David is experienced as a General Contractor of new and renovated Residential Properties.  He credits the diversified aspects and practices of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Construction to have provided him with an in depth understanding of the Construction Industry. In addition, David has expanded his knowledge of the Construction Industry by obtaining a Baccalaureate in Construction Management, ICC Special Inspector Certifications, ACI Certification, NASCLA Certification, State of Michigan Residential Builders License & State of Georgia General Contractor License. 

Site Wide's knowledge, experience and diversified network of resources coupled with being a NASCLA Certified, State of Georgia Licensed General Contractor puts into position the elements needed to fully represent and meet the needs of Owners

NASCLA is the acronym for the National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies.  The NASCLA Certification is required to obtain a General Contractor's License in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, Nevada, Utah, Oregon and Virginia.
