Established in 2014, Site Wide is a NASCLA Certified and State of Georgia Licensed General Contractor with a primary focus on representing the Owners of construction projects. Through dedicated representation, our objective is to provide Owners with solutions that maximize fiscal value by identifying unique opportunities—ultimately delivering projects of the highest quality.
Leadership
Site Wide was founded by David Cooke, who also serves as Managing Director. With over 20 years of on-site construction management experience spanning residential to heavy industrial sectors, David brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial insight and corporate professionalism to every project.
As an entrepreneur, David has successfully operated as a General Contractor on new builds and renovations of residential properties. He attributes his deep understanding of the construction industry to hands-on involvement across industrial, commercial, and residential disciplines. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, and his professional credentials include:
